Digital democracy, the impact of social media on politics.
The rise of social media has greatly influenced politics in the past few years. On one hand new media and digital technologies provide new ways for participation and interaction between politicians and citizens. On the other hand this also gives rise to new challenges.
In my work I have been investigating these new developments and their impact.
